Best customer service and most convenient software to use

I like that when you go into any ticket it pulls up all of your information so if something is missing or incorrect they can easily make corrections without having access outside their department! This has been helpful for my team as well - we love being able solve tickets quickly by using this system rather than sending emails back n forth between our internal IT techs who are at other buildings around campus (which takes too long).

It would be nice sometimes though there were some bugs where things just wouldn't save changes etc but overall really nothing bad about anything i have seen thus far!! Easy way send out info updates regarding current projects/tasks within different departments across multiple sites throughout campuses & offices nationwide.- Very easy interface which makes getting used quick an simple-. Great communication from admin side which helps keep everyone updated w what's going inside each project area.
