I like that this software can be used by both small companies as well large organizations. The customer service is very good, they are always willing to answer any question you have even if it's not related directly with your business or marketing needs! It has helped solve our problems when we had issues creating campaigns in Facebook ads which was frustrating for us because most of time there wasn't much help given from people who could fix them so quickly (for me at least). We needed some way where clients would know what were all available options/packages offered but also how many clicks each option required until reaching maximum amount spent per campaign; something similar than Google Adwords offers - this gave more control over budget allocation.
