MUST READ REVIEW at Paper & Paper Crafts

I read the reviews and had to find out for myself. I actually made a demo/review video so everyone can see this product firsthand (jjgz4ever on YouTube). Now I would like to respond to some of the questions that I have read. Electronic Cricut Cutting Machine: Cut Beautifully and Effortlessly! NO BREAK! Cuts perfectly the first time. I used a blade depth of 4, pressure of 3 and speed of 2. I followed the blade placement direction sticky side up (textured side), I also had NO PROBLEM removing the blade from the mat. directions with excellent results. They recommend parchment paper (included) between the sticky side and the matrix, but I've found that waxed paper works even better for me. Also, in my video, I show you how to use word stamps so that the words end up facing the right way. You have to be careful with complex designs, but if you're patient, it will come out beautifully. Hand Cut: This material is thin and EASY to cut with scissors. Special scissors are not required. So if you don't have a cutting machine you can always draw freehand or use a stencil to draw shapes and words onto the paper backing (not the textured sticky side) and cut them out. So that means ANYONE CAN DO IT. Coating: Someone said Deco Foil (the product you use with it) doesn't stick well and creates a "grunge" look. I only had this problem when my iron wasn't set to the right temperature (first time I tried). Your iron says MEDIUM setting but I don't have a medium setting so I was just guessing. When that didn't work I called the company and the very nice customer service representative was very helpful and gave me the information I needed. Polyester setting on my iron or 260 degrees on my heat press. I've also tried my small iron which has no settings and it worked and also my Clover Mini Iron II on medium settings and it worked. So if you use the right temperature setting, it works great. Temperature settings: see information above in the Coverage section. Fabrics: I tested denim, t-shirt fabric, cotton (e.g. a shirt), and canvas. They all worked wonderfully. I even smoothed it onto a decorative throw pillow. This also works on cardboard, so not just for fabric. However, someone said they tried putting it on the vinyl and it didn't work. DO NOT FOOL ME! I NEVER suggest ironing anything on vinyl! So please be smart. Washing: The packaging says that you can wash it by hand or in the machine on a gentle cycle. I immediately switched to machine washing as I never hand wash. I added a few patterns that I made together with other garments to see how well it would hold up. The patterns turned out just as beautiful as they did in the beginning! But DO NOT put it in the dryer. PLEASE read the instructions on the packaging. I think I covered most of the questions I read in the review. I can tell you that I love this product and am excited about the things I can create with it. It is great for clothing, pillows, aprons, canvas bags and more. I love the multiple colors Deco Foil transfer film uses with this hot melt adhesive. As long as you follow the instructions and ask for help when you need it (great customer service) you will be happy to use this product. Look for my demo/review on jjgz4ever's YouTube channel as it takes me too long to post Revain reviews here. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave me a comment and I will do my best to help.
