Very very nice lock and much larger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I have this in a 37 gallon tank as my centerpiece and it has enough room for some plants. I wouldn't recommend this for less than 20 gallons or it will overflow quickly. It looks pretty good in the water and the hole is big enough for even the smallest fish to get through. It also works as a hiding place for fish if you have timid fish that like to hide. I will say there are some sharper edges that you may want to file down depending on the species of fish in your tank to avoid injury.
