My Curology dermatologist advised me to buy this sulfur soap to get rid of acne. For two months I used it every other night after washing my face and my Curology formula. I'm not sure if this soap actually cleared my skin, but after two months my cystic acne was gone. HOWEVER, there was something wrong with my clothes that I couldn't figure out. After you take them out of the dryer, many items will have a terrible sulphur/burnt smell. To be honest I thought it wasn't my sulfur soap because I washed it in the shower. But I just recently read another review warning about this case and concluded that it is an awful smelling soap that takes SO MANY washes to wash off. It kind of carried over to my sleep shirts (which are regular t-shirts) and towel and when I washed them along with my regular clothes it switched back to everything. As I said, I'm not sure if this bar really helped my acne since I've used it in combination with medication, but I don't think the ruined clothes are worth it. I was wondering if anyone else had this?
