I've waited to check until I've used it for about 6 months. It's versatile as it's one of the few jugs that can handle hot, boiling water without breaking. I used it about 2-3 times a month to store hot brewed tea and keep it in the fridge. Pros: + handles hot liquids if I brew tea for 15-20 minutes before pouring it straight into this pot + handles cold liquids if I keep my tea in the fridge when it's cold + can make 6-7 cups of that store what you prepare + looks nice + looks fragile but was strong for me although I'm careful with it. Cons: - not easy to hand wash but serviceable - gets cloudy over time as my tea stains it as it has a shelf life of several days but I care about functionality not presentation. The bottom line is no hesitation
