I like that we have integrated our data with Salesforce, which has been very helpful in managing our supply chain. We also love how easy it is to create new reports and navigate through all of our inventory. It takes some time to get used to but once you do it is quite intuitive! The system can be confusing at times so make sure you are always consulting the documentation or training materials provided by Klee. If you need an Inventory Management System (IMS), this would fit your needs well! We use it to manage product information such as stock levels and location within warehouses. This gives us complete visibility into our inventory situation and helps us keep track of where each item should go. The ability to create multiple store views, product catalogs/lists are easy to use from both front end as well as admin side. Reporting features can be improved. Need more customization options when it comes to reports. Also need better integration with third party applications like Salesforce etc. We have been using kleecommerce since last 3 years. Our major benefit has always been that we could run our stores at different locations simultaneously (in India).
