First, there are two different sets of colored LEDs in each lamp; amber and white. White for normal use and amber for turn signals or hazard lights. The weird thing about the amber light is that it switches from fast flashing to steady every time it's turned on. I'm not exactly sure how this can be used. White light is more like point light with little scatter. In the center of the light spot is a distinct blue light. The blue color looks out of place against the background of white light. The brightness of the light is much lower than expected. This is not a big problem as these headlights are designed for rear view on a tractor. Overall I'm not overly impressed with the headlights and may send them back for something that is wide angle like this light should be.
