For those interested these are designed to be used with blank connectors sold separately or to replace the connectors in your own pinless connectors. Although I wouldn't recommend trying this type of pinout. If you are only splicing wires, insulated terminals work best. Hope that helps. If you don't already have crimping tools, buy crimping tools for open bare terminals. Spend a few dollars and buy one that can crimp (double crimp) the strain relief and the bare wire at the same time.
