Review on Complete 33-Piece Cooking Set With Heat Resistant Silicone Utensils And BPA-Free Wooden Handles - Perfect For Non-Stick Cookware by Dave Seawell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality feel, cooler to touch handles, nice variety

Thus far I'm really liking this set. I was admittedly concerned at first that with a nylon center to these tools the teothe the silicone would loosen and start trying to come off, or that I'd find issues with the nylon overheating or even ripping through the silicone. I'm sure this could happen but it would take a lot of heavy abusive use, I believe. There are quite a decent number of utensils in this set, with nice thicker solid feeling stems and those wooden handles! May not be great to throw in a dishwasher but again with the silicone ends, washing is a breeze anyhow. I love how cool thee wooden handles remain vs other utensils or even silicon ones I've used. Many had silicone handles which would come loose and persistently come off the handle. Not these ones. And doesn't come with a lot of useless utensils either. They all have their place and I think are proportioned just right. The measuring cups and spoons are nylon, but they won't be exposed to such extreme temperatures and are simple yet solid. Also not overly thin or cheap feeling. Same with the storage unit. Feels durable and holds everything nicely. (Minus the measuring utensils)I love the they include s hooks for hanging also at least as an option. Many may not use them, but how considerate to include them at their cost rather than making it a chore. Thus far very happy with this set, it is fully replacing my old mix of nylon and silicone (handles pulling off) utensils. My only other concern is the wooden handle coming loose from the necks, but it appears solid for now and the crimping belt feels solid as well. Time will tell and I'll update if needed. For now, recommended.
