Isbasa disappointed me despite the fact that I had high expectations for this business. Although their assortment of kitchen and home storage options appeared to be impressive, the actual goods were subpar. I got some items that were of poor quality and some that were even damaged when they arrived. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I asked for help from their customer care department. They shipped slowly and inconsistently, which was a further affront. Even after weeks of waiting, some of the items in my purchase weren't there. Isbasa is not something I would generally suggest to anyone seeking for top-notch storage options. Their unreliable shipping, low-quality merchandise, and poor customer support make for a frustrating experience. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the hassle for your business requirements.
