I'm a big fan of healthy eating. I eat tons of vegan food. However, getting a rich source of protein can be a challenge. I've tried every major vegan protein from Orgain and Vega. They leave me bloated and gassy, have a chalky taste that sticks in my throat, and add a ton of calories after a few scoops. At first I was skeptical about True Nutrition. I was very surprised to be honest. They're not exactly perfect, but the person makes the difference. It's low in calories, it's chalky, and I'm not a humanoid gas bomb. The flavors are pretty solid, especially the French vanilla. We tried the unflavored which was mehh. Generally I change. You can also make your own mixes on their website, which I will try shortly. Highly recommended!
