Part 1. "I bought 3 of these panels and set them up facing the hot California sun. None of them charge my Arlo cameras. I could understand that 1 doesn't work, but all 3? Unacceptable! Part 2. SOLVED! I contacted Wasserstein customer service and they told me to put a fully charged battery in my Arlo camera with the solar panel attached. Since then, my cameras have been able to maintain a 100% full charge. I'm not exactly sure why plugging the solar panel into a medium usage battery (76% battery life) doesn't charge it, but at least plugging in a fully charged battery solved the problem. I wanted to throw them away and send them back. So far I'm glad I tried to resolve the issue. If you're also having trouble, try this and see if it helps.
