Great in theory. In practice, some problems arise. Easy to install and quick and easy to adjust from vertical to horizontal. However, I had an iPhone 6 with a very thin case. I didn't realize how close it was to the bottom of the tray and it snapped the charging cable in my phone. It would be better to put it upside down, but then the cord sticks out in the air. My husband has a Galaxy S7 with a stronger body, and even with the largest prongs and the small amount of stretch it allows, it barely fits in any direction.
