What did I pay for? This product is a failure.
I have TV from normal manufacturers, you all know them. One manufacturer had a case about 10 years ago, with a motherboard, they changed it at home. At the second one a year ago, the matrix was covered - they also came home, carried out diagnostics and the next day they brought and changed the matrix. This is all on a call to 8800. Haier- no. There is no repair, no TV. Just a lot of wasted time and nerves.
- I bought it in November, in January the screen went in stripes. Out of habit of owning TV of normal brands, I called TP, they sent me to the store, they say, heads with them, we are out of business. CSN issued an act of "non-repairability" and approved the exchange or refund. Everything would be fine, only they don’t have such a model now, and the price of a new one is 2.5 times higher. Norm guarantee . NEVER! I will never get close to this brand again. And I do not advise you.
- No warranty repair. If the matrix is broken, no one will repair anything for you. You see, it's "unreasonable".
