I’ll admit, when we started working together in 2017 it was more of an administrative problem than anything else! You guys are AMAZING at getting me to look my best by answering all kinds questions about how-to's through email or phone calls (which is SO important!). Nothing as simple but good so far. The process you provide will give us much clarity into our Google traffic statistics which has been pretty murky since starting this journey two years ago!! Honestly nothing bad really.. just that sometimes these problems have no "easy" solution haha :P We still run across stuff occasionally where there may be some slight confusion around something like page titles etc., however if someone emails their concerns/questions they always get very quick responses back from either one of you directly OR via another colleague who knows both personally & professionally :) Again not any real issues found yet aside form general progress / SEO knowledge levels increasing within myself. Getting clear ideas straight away regarding what keywords / pages need optimizing vs content needs evolving - also having access 24hrs out 7days means being able find support I like that they have an easy to use platform, it is very user friendly! They are always there when you need them. The customer service at this level of business should be top notch!! Nothing so far has been negative about their services. If someone needs help with SEO or Link Building please give these guys a call because we got nothing but positive feedback from our clients who had used their products/services. We were able to grow our client list by over 40% in one year using buildlinks' services.
