Review on Allway Tool 07182000628 Caulk Ct31 by Eric Speers

I really wanted to love this tool. The metal part is not sharp enough to cut through the sealant. In the end, I used a precision knife and cut a continuous line horizontally along the top and bottom of the caulk bead. I then made a vertical cut and was able to remove all of the sealant. I was expecting it to be a lot harder than it was so I bought this tool before I even tried it. I will not use the triangular rubber end. I prefer to use my finger so I can feel if there are any thinner areas that may need another pass before they cure. I'm sure someone will appreciate my donation of this instrument to the Salvation Army.
