Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.

The whole impression was spoiled by the glue from the headband and the assembly, they feel very, very cheap against the background of 1000 xm3, only half a year and I already regretted the purchase. I bought it for my wife, I had to give my own because the assembly of these headphones is simply disgusting.

Cons

assembly, noisy plastic, empty, cheap ear pads, glue climbed out of the headband, rubber in the headband instead of soft leatherette in 1000xm3

If we ignore the case, which seems to be 2 classes lower than headphones, everything is fine. In fact, the headphones are very well made, but compared with the Marshall, there are somewhat unusual tactile sensations.
