What a performance difference in plastic cases
The plastic case with heatsinks, even at normal speed, periodically showed a heating icon in the upper left corner. In this case, hardware acceleration and overclocking on Raspberry Pi 4 8gb is configured as follows: [pi4] # Enable VC4 V3D DRM driver over dispmanx display to be perfectly stable and without thermal throttling, play youtube videos and web too surf same time. The vcgencmd Measure_Clock pointer shows 2GHz stability for a long time. A big boost to being able to use the Pi 4 not only as an optimization device but also as a productivity desktop!
