Stromberg Carlson Ladder Rack Missing Parts
The Stromberg Carlson LA-104 RV ladder I received arrived with missing parts. Specifically the screws needed to attach the rack to the ladder. The only bolt that didn't fall out was a smaller one. The 1/4 inch screws should not ship smaller than that. There were two empty medium 5" bags and one smaller 2" bag, both empty. Apparently they sent me an opened/returned box. Goods before shipping How thick and strong I don't know at the moment. Shipping was quick but pointless as parts are missing and I have to make a trip to HD. Very disappointed in this seller.
