Not bad but not strong enough for a mobile environment

Poor job. I wish I knew. I wanted a visually uncluttered environment, meaning no handles, but that's not the answer. They work by having a small gap between the drawer and the frame that allows you to push down to open the latch. In a mobile environment, space is relatively tight and I'm constantly knocking and unlocking drawer and cabinet doors. The real problem, however, is that when the vehicle is in motion, the weight of the box (even when empty!) will push it in or out, releasing the latch and the next twist will open the box. The next move closes the box. Repetition. The locks on the upper cabinets work well when the doors move. I don't know if the weight is the problem. Once the latch is released there is simply nothing to keep the box closed. Looking for an alternative.

Pros
  • Used for closets, wardrobes, dressers, bookshelves etc for a variety of uses.
Cons
  • There are minuses
