Review on Creality TMC2208 Upgraded Motherboard Customized by Skyy Strickland
Significantly improved compared to the defective board.
I got this board for my Creality Ender 5 Plus. The supplied board was defective and none of the motors worked. Creality.shop customer support was of no real help, either due to poor translations or an unwillingness to address the actual issue. I asked for a refund through Pay Pal and Creality wanted me to ship it back at my own expense. It cost $258 to ship back to Creality and I waited until I felt comfortable buying a new board from Revain. The cost is much less than returning the Ender 5 Plus and with a 99.98% success rate once installed. I'm very glad I just waited and bought a new board.
