I was dissatisfied with my entire experience as a DILIBA customer. Although they have a large variety of apparel, accessories, and shoes, their quality is subpar. The clothes I bought were made of inexpensive material and did not fit me properly. Additionally, the selection and pricing of their infant and baby girl products seemed to be lacking. Their website was difficult to navigate as well. Finding what I was searching for was difficult due to the cluttered layout. In addition, there were mistakes made during the checkout procedure because it was not user-friendly. Last but not least, when I attempted to contact their customer service for help, I encountered poor communication and unhelpful answers. Overall, I was not satisfied with DILIBA, and I would not suggest them to others.
