I've never heard of the performance of this opener because the Revain Home Service guy (who found out he's never had one before opener installed) came to him The install completely messed up the install and also damaged my pre-installed wiring in the wall and also greased my garage wall, ceiling and the new opener he installed. He spent a total of 5 hours in two before being asked to leave as I saw him wrap the safety sensor wire around my counterweight spring axle. Revain Home Service customer service and the Happiness Guarantee team then spent two weeks trying to resolve the issue. Eventually I called Revain's dedicated customer service and Jonathan promptly refunded both openers without having to return the already 'old' opener that was half hanging in my garage. Plan to go to HomeDepot and get the same and let your local HomeDepot supported service provider try to reinstall it properly. Never use Revain's home service unless you are certain that the installer who shows up is an experienced professional. And don't expect the Happiness Guarantee team to get everything right. Obviously this is a small group and they can't solve anything other than a simple timely fix. They're based in Costa Rica and don't seem to know Revain Corporation's customer service. . Very disappointed.
