I read the reviews before ordering and most were positive. Others said they had splinters or broken combs when they arrived which gave me a weird feeling so I ordered two lol. They were delivered within two days and none of them were defective upon delivery. This is a real tree, massive and pleasant to the touch. It takes a lot of effort to break this thing. I have a coarse beard, but the beard oil and balm I use keep it smooth. I love this comb and recommend it to other bearded people. I did not receive free shipping or anything else for this post. Combs are legal.
