Small Changes Are Good for Amino Acids

I'm so tired of reading all those health articles telling us all to get enough sleep! How should we do it? It doesn't look like an election or anything; If you have trouble sleeping, you'll see what I mean. I researched everything I could think of about sleep such as mattress quality, physical environment, effect of exercise on sleep, room temperature, no computer at night, not eating late, hormone deficiencies including female hormones plus vitamins. D (yes, it's a hormone) and thyroid levels. I also had a lot of blood. Sleep is obviously a priority for me, but I find it elusive. I take prescription medication, but I don't want it to become a lifelong habit. I came across three ingredients that are said to help with sleep: GABA, 5-HTP, and L-Theanine. Surprisingly, this product has all three! I have taken other products from this company and they liked them, that was another plus. I like that it doesn't contain junk or GMOs. Decided there was nothing to lose and ordered. I've been using it for about thirty days and I can say I'm noticing small changes in my sleep for the better. Not as much as I would like, but you can't have everything. From the first dose the next day I noticed a slight lull; Great I suppose. I also take slow-release magnesium (from Jigsaw Health; search for it) at night and 10,000 IU of liquid vitamin D (Pure Encapsulations, available from Revain) in the morning. Perhaps a combination of these two other items can boost Neurocalm. Anyway, for now I'm sure it can work, so I'm ordering another bottle. I will update if I see significant changes.
