This helmet is great for people who want to be exceptionally safe on any trails or roads because of the bulky padding. I personally would buy a different helmet if I went back because I am a downhill mountain biker that is all about having light gear. This helmet did weigh more than the average because of the bulky padding and looked rather large on my already large head. I also should've gotten it one size bigger because it was a little tight. Please consider this post!
