The lighter I received looks like the picture but does not use butane. This is just an arc lighter no matter what the questions say about the product. The instructions also say to use a charger of no more than 3.6 volts 300mA, but the product itself has "5V 1A" stamped on the metal above the charging port. I think they could have changed the product without changing the description. It works great as an arc lighter, although I haven't tried charging it yet. I also tried plugging it into a 5V USB port for a few seconds and nothing exploded. a while.
