I LOVE THIS EGG RACK! I originally received these as a gift. I liked it so much that I have bought more for myself and plan to buy more as gifts for family members. I use it for my stuffed eggs. Plastic with a tight-fitting lid that perfectly holds large and giant ground beef cooked eggs. The low profile is not low enough to damage boiled eggs. I can easily put two or three in my fridge before serving. There were no problems removing prepared eggs, the distance between them is large enough to remove the egg without damaging neighboring eggs.
