Buy a size or two larger. Petite trousers
I'm a woman and I bought these for a suit. I usually wear medium or large women's sweatpants (jeans 29) so I bought small ones for men. The shirt fitted perfectly, but the bottoms were for petite men. couldn't put them under my thighs. I ordered a large men's set. Let's see if the bottoms fit. I would buy two sizes bigger.
