I can only speak for Performance Horse Blankets customer service as I have not tried the blanket on my horse. Customer service was excellent! I contacted Performance Horse Blankets and told them I would very much like to receive the rug before a certain date as it is expected to be very cold with the possibility of a major winter storm and as it does not meet Prime requirements I was concerned didn't receive it in time but I got it! Much sooner than I expected, like 4 days sooner! I will definitely buy more comforters from them! 1000 stars!
