The support team was fantastic at solving very complex issues with no training required, they were always available via chat or phone as needed too! I do not have any dislikes about GenMicro systems other than maybe that it could be better if there are more services offered in addition to just hosting an email server? If you're looking into having someone manage all of your servers/email then this would probably work well otherwise look around because most companies offer similar solutions but usually without such great customer service.
They can host both our business website AND we use them to send emails so everything ends up going through one place which makes things easier when trying to troubleshoot problems from either end.
