The product came very well packaged, pleasant to the touch and ready. Including 4 O-rings and Teflon tape. I installed all the o-rings and teflon and installed it with two Amazon Basics showerheads. The set looked great and was exactly what I was looking for. The only downside to the product is the valves. While they are a nice addition to this setup, both leak a bit near the valve lever and one of the valves has a visible defect in the built in o-ring. I had to use quite a bit of Teflon to seal all the threads well. Other than that, this is a great product.
