3 is the right size but the 4th was too small? It can't be that difficult.

Pretty sloppy job execution. They sent three items of the same size and the last one came the wrong size. I read reviews that they sent a low quality product, now I'm beginning to understand. Update: The replacement I received was also the wrong size. Double waste of my time. Meet for action.
