Double Iridium firing and ground electrode pins provide higher performance. Laser weld provides superior retention of iridium alloy pin to the ground electrode for enhanced longevity. 0.6 mm fine wire firing pin provides exceptional ignitability and durability. OE-matched spark position for compatibility with Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) technology. Nickel plated, rolled threads, combined with a factory preset gap, ensure simple, easy installation right out of the box - no anti-seize or gapping necessary.

Disappointing Quality of Ignition Replacement

Based on our own experience, the Bosch 96309 lacked in terms of performance and durability. While it is advertised as a double iridium longer-lasting option, we found ourselves needing a replacement within months of installing it .The only positive is that it is easy to install. However, it doesn't seem worth the investment as we had to replace it with a different brand soon after. As an automotive part, we expected more from Bosch..

3 is the right size but the 4th was too small? It can't be that difficult.

Pretty sloppy job execution. They sent three items of the same size and the last one came the wrong size. I read reviews that they sent a low quality product, now I'm beginning to understand. Update: The replacement I received was also the wrong size. Double waste of my time. Meet for action.
