It did what I bought it to do. The forks are not only widely spaced, but also well spaced. (There is a difference). It's easy to just make a giant surge protector strip and separate them from each other, but you end up with 13 outlets perfectly spaced over a fairly small area. it took someone to solve real problems and plan. They aligned outlets along the edges so that power adapters, which are common for electronics, phone chargers, routers and modems, small form factor PCs, and more, can be placed along the outlets that face outward at the edges. and they're spaced far enough apart not to block adjacent plug openings, and instead of blocking two outlets with their length, they just hang over the edge. I was able to combine (3) surge protector strips into this single surge protector because I could use outlets in a way that minimized the number of blocked outlets. Here's how many I was able to connect: 3 x monitors 1 SFF computer 2 x desktops 1 x NAS 1 router 1 switch 2 speakers 1 printer There are about 7 large power supplies on this list and yes I was able to connect 12 devices including them some old big power supplies that usually block at least 2 sockets each, 13 sockets available. And yes, 1 outlet was blocked and became unusable. I should have planned it, but come on, it's really impressive. I hate to see that cords and cords matter to me. I very much agree with this surge protection band. It literally felt like they designed it just for my needs.
