I do cupping therapy at home (the kind I used to get from my acupuncturist) with silicone cups to manage my chronic pain and constant muscle spasms, I ordered this unit for. Unfortunately, this is actually intended for body contouring and breast augmentation. Since I ordered this to review, I have done my best to use the device so that I can view it properly. Roller cups didn't roll over my skin at all once the suction was achieved, so they were useless. Normal suction cups, like those I have with a hand pump for home use for pain relief, are made of very hard plastic and the device itself cannot withstand constant suction. It sucks and then releases, sucks and then releases, so they keep falling off when the sucking stops, and have to be held in place all the time; In addition, you can only prepare 2 cups at a time. There is a hole in the face cups so suction is never really achieved. The large cones used to enlarge breasts and shape hips have hard, hard edges and an oddly curved shape that makes sucking difficult. After 15 minutes of fiddling I finally got a breast suction and it hurts. I wouldn't put myself through this because of the large boobs (pain AND irritation from trying to make it work). I would prefer surgery! from $210.
