I have a few eyes apart (before and after gluing) so there are some quality control issues. I'd say about 1 out of 6 has fallen apart for me so far, so I'm not thrilled. The paper backing is plastic coated so it can be easily stuck to almost anything. BTW, yes I'm talking about a self-adhesive backing after removing a piece of paper (although I suppose you could put glue on it); I've had ones where the extra glue has soaked through the paper and stuck the "pupil" in place. I really want people to know about the box. This is a compartmentalized sleeve box, which means that the top has sides that protrude almost entirely from the bottom of the box. There's no hook or anything, so you'll probably need a couple of elastics to secure the upper, though it might suddenly pop out even when tightened. The top sleeve is 1/2" wide and the bottom has a 1/4" section for you to grab when opening the box. When you see it, you're going to want to turn it upside down (because the lid is the narrowest part, right? NO). If the case were upside down, it would be much easier to open and this paragraph would not exist. Whatever the case, your fingers have what looks like a tiny ledge to grab hold of when removing the top, which is great, since the box is made of that smooth, slick plastic that's hard to grip. Lose your grip on the bottom or fiddle a little and. Googly eyes. everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. You are in a box so shaking it a little is enough. The easiest way to open the box is to rock the lid back and forth as you pull it up - suddenly it doesn't seem like a terrible box and that's my problem anyway.
