Worked for my unique purpose
I used them to soundproof a Ferret Nation chinchilla cage. The floor and ceiling are made of metal pins that go into metal holes, and anyone who owns chinchillas knows how they hop all the time. Makes a lot of noise. These end caps, located over the male end, muffle that noise. I bought some that were too small but that was a guess. It was a nightmare to put on. Those who buy them for the same purpose might want to choose a larger size.
