I wanted to be more eco-friendly and have less waste on cleaning day. They work very well on a dry sweeper and pick up dirt, cat hair, human hair and glitter. Not very good for wet cleaning. Velcro wraps close the jet stream, it would be ideal if the jet stream came from the center but mine are on the sides. Due to the nature of the material, the velcro on the bottom of my wet cleaning brush sticks to the lining. The pad takes markers, juice, coke, dried mascara, hairspray, whatever. Tip *** Soak the pad before use. Otherwise, you'll need more cleaning solution (I spray mine from a water bottle). Easy to clean, just throw in the washing machine when done, holds its shape in the dryer. I gave it 5 stars because I can still use it as a workaround, they work well and serve their purpose.
