Review on C. S. Osborne Co. Grommet Accessory by Christopher Smith

A gasket is a gasket, right? Well, I've just discovered that old thought is wrong. I've been buying these cheap kits and cheap bushings for years with mixed results. But then I finally bought a CS Osborne kit that only used original CS Osborne bushings and wow what a difference! The hole cutter is incredibly sharp. The eyelet crimp kit is easy and perfectly twists each eyelet. The only problem I've found is that if I'm too aggressive with the hammer or press, the shim forms a cone instead of a hill. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but it's good! I think just squeeze it enough to compress the material so the bushing can't rotate. If you press the bushing further, the outside edge of the washer will no longer bite the material.
