Review on Fantes Italian Champagne Stopper: Authentic Market Original since 1906, Crafted in Italy by Grant Galloway

The best champagne stopper, but be prepared to buy one every year if you use it frequently. I bought a couple of these because I like that they have a clip that holds the cork more securely than the ones you use in the store. Which is important when traveling in the van as it gets bumpy and I don't want a champagne cork popping in the fridge while driving. But what upsets me is that I've bought 2 more in the last year and a half (I also use them for sparkling wine), 1 not more than a year ago. And now they both disintegrate on a silicone stopper. It breaks down which means I don't want to use it because it could end up in my drink. I'm here to buy another one. But I'm disappointed. The previous ones I bought for my house actually lasted for years. So I'm not sure what happened.
