It offers an efficient platform that has enabled my kitchen staff to operate quickly and accurately with all their daily responsibilities. This saves more time which is crucial especially as we handle busy lunch/dinner menu. Nothing yet. I don't think there's any dislike or not much dislikes about this software except it takes too many resources from our staffs. Just make sure you're ready for the long term commitment when managing any of these types of systems if they's one thing that really bothers me is the cost but at least we benefit greatly by having reduced manual work. We have been able to reduce cost of kitchen operation because all things is done manually before but now we can achieve so much faster to get orders out on delivery. Food wastage could be better eliminated also a lot easier for us. The ability to keep track of my shifts and check off each day as I complete it. Having everything saved in one place is super helpful for me. It's also easy to upload new info to my calendar. Sometimes it doesn't always sync with our POS system so I have to go into the app and manually change the shift info. That can be a little annoying. It helps me keep track of all of my shifts and makes it easier for me to log them when I'm home.
