THIS IS AWESOME

Where was that in my life? We have a Brita filter for the fridge, large size. Sure, the filter lasts about 6 months (not really in our use), but we keep topping it up and it's SLOWLY filling up. The only plus about this thing is that the water is cold. But it takes up a lot of space and, frankly, is a headache. Then I see this pump. Less than $10? What's the catch? Well, it's less than $10, so I'll take 10 of my 600 government funds and bet it. What a victory! Damn easy to install. Bought a large 5 gallon bottle from Wal Mart. So cheap to refill. Put that pump on and voila! Filtered water. There is a small light at the top, you just press the button and the water will fill up quickly. Now I specifically use it for cooking which I didn't do before because like I said I didn't want to refill Brita every hour lol. Defects? It's a bit noisy. So if you get some water in the middle of the night it can be annoying, but it's not bad. We're almost done with 5 gallons at this point and have yet to charge the pump. Did I mention you reload it? Great that neither batteries nor electricity are required. So if you need water for camping or storing it in the yard for the kids to grab while playing, no problem. Hopefully, as long as it's served at room temperature, you'll have ice on hand if you want the water very cold. Otherwise it's worth the money. I don't like buying tons of water bottles especially all the plastic so I buy a Brita but it really is such a great way to save money and without investing in a real dispenser which takes up even MORE space and is expensive , not to mention the maintenance .
