Review on Enhance your Hiking Experience with the Mountainsmith Trekker FX Lite Single Trekking Pole by Justin Early

I found a hiking pole and was so excited I decided to buy it. Mountainsmith is my favorite brand and when I saw they had this unique stick I ordered it. I first used it a few days after receiving it to take a 9 mile walk through the Colorado high country. I'm so glad I had TWO poles especially when crossing 2 boulder fields and a couple of creeks. When I wasn't using the sticks I was able to quickly push it down and carry it easily. I might as well tie it to my everyday backpack. Comes with a small diameter "mud basket" and also has a rubber tip on the end (which is probably comfortable for sidewalk walking). I haven't used it either. I'm 5ft 10" and this was more than enough to increase my desired height. Good price. quality goods.
