I love this cleaning tool! I bought it to clean the tiny crevices of decorative mounds and other specialty bakeware. But I also use it to scrape small pieces of dough off top pie crust pans. Cake cutters have ridges that create cutouts for designs for cherry tarts or even fall tarts (like leaf tarts). Small pieces of dough can sometimes be difficult to pull off, but not with this tool! A small pickaxe on one end or a smaller brush on the other end will get rid of the tightest spots on those cutters and trays! This is the best tool for this purpose.
