A good thing! on mirrors & parts
Fits and works just like the original! The outside of the mirror assembly comes separate from the rest so you can paint it to match your car, but it's semi-flat black plastic. from the box. I ended up just putting mine on as I have a black XB and function was more important than the mirror just being a different tint than the paint. Fits like OEM and comes with a new gasket. plate and fastening nuts. I would suggest attaching the outer cover before attaching it to the car and using another mirror as a guide as the seam has a beveled edge which can make you think you are not attaching it correctly. otherwise.
