It took about 4.5 months until 1 fan failed. But great customer service
UPDATE (November 4, 2021): Excellent customer service. The seller sent me a replacement free of charge. I hope this continues but I will update if we have another crash within a year. Well I really wanted to like this thing. It worked, it worked well, but in less than 4.5 months one of the two fans failed. I'm not sure how long any other fan will last. Next time I'll look for a more industrial cooler.
