Review on Renewed Logitech G PRO X Wireless Lightspeed Gaming Headset with Blue VO!CE Mic Filter for Immersive Gaming Experience by Micha Dobrzyski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, I recommend.

After giving a great deal of thought to the various possibilities available to me, I made the decision to purchase these ears in December 2022 for the sum of 11500 dollars. I chose this model in particular because it had received a great deal of positive feedback from customers. Following the completion of the transaction, I did not squander any time and immediately began installing G Hub as soon as I was able to connect it to a sound card. It was in this particular part of the software when the very first error was discovered. I started off by dancing with a tambourine, and then I put up a microphone (but at least there were presets and ready-made profiles of cybersportsmen, so it was rather straightforward to select the suitable one, and you ought to be grateful for that). They have a great grasp on the meaning of what I am expressing. I did not make any adjustments to the equalizer; to my hearing, all of the bands sound almost the same. Despite this, some of my friends believe that there are not enough sliders accessible. I did not make any tweaks to the equalizer. After making adjustments to the game's many different sound choices, I am now able to hear every sound to the fullest extent possible. I made the decision to switch to 7.1, but after using it for five minutes, I realized that it was terrible since the sound was muffled and as if it were coming from a barrel. This led me to conclude that it was not a good choice. I had it for a total of six months before I realized that the left speaker had all of a sudden begun to sound softer than the right one. Since I did not come across any mention of such problems in the customer reviews, the only reasonable conclusion I can come to is that it was a coincidence and that I was just unfortunate in general. I made use of the product's warranty and got it changed out for a brand new one. To summarize, I do not recommend getting these ears at the price of 11,500; but, they can presently be obtained for the price of 8,000, and in general I would recommend acquiring them for that amount.

Pros
  • Good assembly, no backlash, after adjusting the length of the headband they hold, they sit cool on the head, rich equipment (case, wires for PC and mobile devices, splitter, replaceable fabric ear pads), good microphone, PC cable is thin, but in a normal fabric sheath, on the remote control on the wire there is a slider for turning the microphone on/off and adjusting the volume, all of the sliders do not play. Good microphone, however. Excellent headphones.
Cons
  • Without G Hub, the quality of the sound transmission by the microphone drops to 7.1 like it is coming from a barrel. The volume control on the remote control is independent from the volume control on Windows. G Hub is installed after dancing with a tambourine and works through a stump-deck.
