Much better than bungee!

I hated using bungee cords to keep my bike wheel from dangling on a bike rack. Could never get it right. These velcro straps do the job perfectly! They hold the wheel securely and firmly and hold it tight. You get 4 in a pack. Mine are stowed right in the car. Get an offer.
